Chocolate Cherry Blossom Wedding Cake
Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Chris Hill on their new marriage. (My friend Jarett's little sister.) This wedding cake was a huge task! It took 3 weeks to complete 600 cherry blossoms in varying sizes, a whole weekend to make all the chocolate fondant and frosting, 4 days to bake and assemble the cake and a whole night to decorate. It's also an all gluten free chocolate cake with raspberry or hazelnet filling.
